Experiential Wellness includes several areas of focus.  Those include:Movement Wellness

  • Social Interaction
    • Humans a basically social animals and so we need to have some interactions with other people.
    • Not everyone needs to same amount or type of interaction so we will talk about where you fit into that spectrum.
  • Travel
    • Eco-tourism is a growing area of wellness. Eco-travel is when travelers experience nature by helping preserve natural habitats.
  • Experience New/Different Things
    • People sometimes volunteer to help others build homes, feed the homeless, and help others build better lives for themselves and so helping the volunteer build their optimal life.
    • Learning new skills, languages, and activities can also help people to build their optimal lives.
