Health and Wellness Coaching Process
At Your Wellness Experiences, our health and wellness process has three phases to help you reach your optimal life.
Phase One:
To help you live your optimal and health life, our coaching sessions start with a questionnaire covering:
- Lifestyle Related Questions
- Nutrition Related Questions
- Exercise Related Questions
After completing the questionnaire we will have a baseline, a starting point for your wellness journey.
Phase Two:
Next, we will discuss the health and wellness goals you have for yourself. This discussion will start with the broad strokes of what you want and then drill down to the very specific items you want to achieve.
Then we will develop your fitness program to reach those goals including changes you need to make to your lifestyle, nutrition and exercise to reach your specific goals. During this section we will also talk about the tools you may need to help build your success.
The last step of the initial phase is to set the correct interim goals to meet you overall goals. Small steps are required to achieve great things and that is what is happening with the interim goals.
Phase Three:
During this phase, we will check in periodically to see where you are on your journey. Those check-ins may be weekly or monthly and may change as your journey progresses. The point of this phase is to provide your with accountability for the process. Many people who don’t have some accountability process built in, will start to lapse in their activities and sabotage the plan.
